John Mahama Charity declares intent to retain NDC Northern Regional Women’s Organiser position

The incumbent Northern Regional Women’s Organiser of the National Democratic Congress (NDC), Madam John Mahama Charity, has officially declared her intention to seek re-election to the position.
Madam Charity said her decision followed careful reflection and consultations with her family, colleagues and party faithful across the Northern Region.
She said her years of service within the NDC, spanning the position of Branch Women’s Organiser, Deputy Northern Regional Women’s Organiser and her current role as Regional Women’s Organiser, have equipped her with valuable experience and a deeper understanding of the needs and concerns of women in the party.

According to her, she has worked closely with women across constituencies and electoral areas, as well as students and young women through the Tertiary Education Institutions Network (TEIN).
She said these engagements have provided her with a broader understanding of the party’s grassroots structures and the challenges confronting women at various levels.
Madam Charity expressed confidence that her experience, commitment and record of service would enable her to continue championing the interests of women and strengthening their participation in the activities of the NDC across the Northern Region.
She appealed to delegates and party members for their support as she seeks another mandate to serve as the Northern Regional Women’s Organiser.
