Steadfast FC continues youth development drive with Italy training

Steadfast FC has intensified its commitment to developing young football talents, with another group of players departing Ghana for Italy as part of the club’s preparations for the 2026/2027 football season.
The players left Ghana on August 14, just days after representing Steadfast FC at the China Juvenile Peace Cup, where they gained valuable international experience and exposure.
Head Coach Roberto Landi is leading the team in Italy, where the young players are expected to undergo intensive training sessions and participate in a series of friendly matches against local opposition.
The tour forms part of Steadfast FC’s broader strategy of exposing its young talents to international football environments, quality competition and modern training methods.
The club believes experiences gained from China and Italy will play an important role in improving the players’ technical abilities, tactical understanding, discipline and overall development both on and off the pitch.
The continued international exposure also provides the young talents with an opportunity to compete against players from different football backgrounds while preparing them for the demands of the upcoming season.
Steadfast FC has expressed appreciation to Hon. Haruna Iddrisu for his foresight, commitment and continued support towards youth development and football in Ghana.
The club says investment in young footballers today is essential to building a stronger future for Ghanaian football.
From China to Italy, Steadfast FC’s latest international engagements underline its ambition to nurture young talents and provide them with the platform and exposure needed to reach their full potential.
